It was a magnificent location close to a tube station. The service was excellent, no reason to complain.

This was a really nice stay for holidays. Loved staying at the reasonably sized and well laid out standard studio with 1 bed for 2. The restaurant here was particularly good with reasonable price.

Functional and pretty hotel that has EXCEPTIONALLY NICE staff at by the receptionist. The room is reasonably sized and high-class and essentials you need, including terrace, baggage storage, and a kitchenette, is right there. Also, the location is favourable and unbeatable, minutes from a royal museum.

Absolutely perfect central location just off Tesco supermarket which closes late, Boots pharmacy, many eateries both Asian and Western, and Bayswater Tube Station, various tourist attractions, and tube stations and bus stops.

The property was functional and pretty with outstandingly accommodating staff at by the receptionist. Truly enjoyed the way our standard studio on the 3rd floor' was. Had fab location close to the tubes.

The hotel's position was unbeatable and incredible, right by 2 subway stations across different lines and District tube lines. Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in London.

The location of the hotel is impeccable, situated close to Kensington Palace and within walking distance of two tube stations for easy travel around the city. It is also conveniently close to shops and a variety of food and drink venues. The staff at this hotel are very friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, offering a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a day of exploring. the hotel offers a delicious breakfast and has a stunning view of Hyde Park.

In terms of cleanliness, there were a few areas that needed improvement, such as the carpets and the lingering smell in the corridor.

The venue was in a central location short walk to Hyde Park, two tube stations and train station. The room was neat with a large window, kitchenette, as example, enjoyed our time there.
